Meeting Minutes from 7/14/21 Debrief Meeting
Viking Brew Pub
4:45-5:45pm – 1 hour
Present: Matt, Christina, Laura. Absent: Drew
Christina reviewed current budget with team. Still have vendors to pay, but check book balance as of 7/14/21 was $16,121.37. Donation amount set to $3,500.00 to give to Stoughton Parks & Rec Department. Gathered all remaining bills & balance would be closer to $11,071.37 with all bills paid & donation made.
Band suggestions were Rotations, Universal Sound, Free Fall, Once Around, 13 Sins, Cody Canada & the Departed. Christina is heading bands, along with Crystal. Your Mom band has offered to suggest a middle band. To recap, McCloskey’s (11-1:45pm) were voted to open at 2022 TOS with Your Mom (5-8pm) band headlining 2022 TOS. Your Mom band will bring stage & light system. Your Mom band will be $2,400 including stage & sound. McCloskey’s will get us pricing.
Unanimous vote to remove Monique Olson from TOS Secretary position after multiple tries to connect with her before & after 2021 TOS event with zero response back to anyone. In search for a new secretary/voting member position.
Two additional members were suggested by Christina who are interested in joining TOS committee. Janelle Kurt (608-438-1799/janellkurt@gmail.com) & April Cull (608-712-6576/aprilknight81@yahoo.com) have consented to join TOS. Vik Malling from Viking Brew Pub is also joining TOS in 2022.
Motion of adding ad hoc committees was brought to table by Christina.
